That should be shown at all schools, don't know how you can get the message across to the adults that mess with their cellphones while driving...

How about everyone with a driver's license being scheduled through the MVD? A mandatory thing for all drivers. Your driving record can reflect it.
You do a lot of sitting and waiting at the MVD anyway, so new licenses and renewals could sit through it.

Or, if you renew online, you have to go through a link to it and answer some random question to show you watched it before you can renew.
