  • Butter finger pie

    6 - 2 1/8oz. butter finger bars, crushed
    1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 - 12 oz, carton cool whip (or whip your own cream)
    1 graham cracker crust

    Mix first 3 ingredients (save a small amount of candy to sprinkle on top). Pour into pie crust, top with rest of candy. Refrigerate.

    This is good and so easy its almost ridiculous!

    Thanks Jo, will have to make sure not to let him see me make it (claims he doesn't like anything with cream cheese, and yet he loves cheese cake). I usually buy the cheese cake filling so he doesn't know about the cream cheese, if he sees cream cheese in the fridge he checks to make sure it is still there before he eats anything so he can make sure he isn't eating it. I just laugh under my breath about the things he "doesn't like" that he has eaten.

      That's funny! We all believe that cream cheese is health food....no matter what's wrong in life, eat it and you'll feel better!

        For many years the only way my youngest would eat a cucumber was if I hollowed out the seeds and filled it with cream cheese.
