Barbacoa Beef

Made this yesterday - but instead of using the crockpot, I baked it in the oven in my Dutch oven at 350° for 2 hours. Note to self: add more liquid next time!

The beef is VERY spicy, but oh-so-good in soft tacos with cheese, salsa, & sour cream!
