    Bang Bang Chicken

    If you've ever been to Bonefish Grill, you are probably familiar with Bang Bang Shrimp. I LOVE them. So when I saw this recipe for Bang Bang Chicken, I had to try it.

    Made it for supper last night - it is a DEFINITE keeper. Instead of tossing the chicken pieces in the sauce, we just served it on the side for dipping. It wasn't quite as hot as I would've liked, so next time I will add more sriracha sauce.

      It is different than any I have seen before but it does sound good. I might do the shrimp as I have a bag of it in the freezer.
