Good Tuesday Morning to all

Good morning one and all, had a whole thing typed up and hit enter instead of post and lost it all..ha ha

Yesterday went great with the kitty, hubby went back with him for his laser treatment and he wrapped him in a towel and hubby wore the glasses...

Stayed busy all day yesterday and had hubby take me out for dinner last night, which was a disappointment, food was to dry so left it sit, LOL...

The motorhome is loaded and ready to move this morning just as soon as hubby gets up and gets moving, I will make the bed and get my shower and finish packing my overnight bag I keep handy...

Don't know if or when I will get to post again, will be back on the 5th, so if you don't hear from me not to worry, like a bad penny I will return.

Be kind to each other and others it pays dividends...

Sharon, have a fabulous trip!

So busy yesterday could not sit down to the computer. Had 3 visitors, and it filled the day. Plus had to go to town for blood test. No need for a transfusion this week.

John turns 89 tomorrow, and due to death in the extended family, we are having out-of-towners come by, so that means birthday cake and stuff for me to come up with.

Better get going. Want to hit the store before 8a.

Morning all...yesterday was a bust...ended up sent home from work shortly after I got there....I had a horrible dizzy spell. I went to the urgent care....I have fluid behind my inner ears. Came home spent the day resting...

Today is a very full day....Started with me mopping water up around 4 and am still finding puddles....bad bad kitty....I had a glass of water with a lid on it so that if she tipped it over it wouldn't spill so much...wrong..she tipped it and played in the water ....so I got to mop my bed room floor already this morning....and will take my quilts to the laundry mat tomorrow. I will work this morning hoping the dizzies stay away. They have already been here once..then grocery shop....then make brownies...and I have a meeting this evening..plus my helper lady will be here today...and my parents are coming into town for a few days. I am hoping we can do some fun stuff while they are here...and that they are not planning to spend all the time at my sisters.

Elaine.. hey , our guys are getting to be old fellers... David turns 86 in Aug.. unbelievable even he doesn't believe it yet ..

Had granddaughter Carrie come up in afternoon yesterday.. took down mini blinds and curtains in kitchen ,and my computer room.. we wash blinds in the bathtub ( of hot shampooie water .) hold under the shower to rinse . take outside . hang over the deck railing to dry.. she then washed inside and outside of windows..while the curtains dried .... got them all back in place.. then I ask her to do the outside of the front porch windows.. had to take the screens off the 4 smaller side ( that slide open).. windows.. tthey had not been off for probably 2 years. and were so hard to get loose.. while she washed and wiped. I cleaned the guke out of the tracks.. finally got all put back in place , looks soooo nice...
I have these two pieces of material I bought from from a home demo party called Norwex products.. the one you dampen . and use to wipe clean...no other cleaner on the material .. then dry and shine with the second cloth by same company.. and glass is beautiful.. no streaks . possitively clean!... I call them my magic Rags.. rinse the first one out and let dry.. ( or keep on cleaning).. they were on the expensive side but will worth the money.. enough of my commercial Carrie did the labor.. and I'm so happy the girls come to help me.. I could probably do it all myself... but I do not like climbing ladders , over reaching . etc. better to be safe .

now to see what still needs attention .as this is a stay at home day.. maybe make pot of spag. sauce . freeze ..for a meal next week..

Good morning! I am up early because it is haircut day! I love haircut day!! Already have bacon in the crock pot on high and will add green beans and potatoes, tomato sauce before i leave. AND congratulations to me...I did get up and to the grocery store yesterday then did a bunch of laundry and still managed to have a bunch of do nothing time. Baseball game tonight but at home and Andrew will be leaving Sunday to Sunday next week for a wedding in Tennessee so after Wednesday the season will be over for us. Looks like all my kids are working on the Fourth so I will heading out alone. May go a day early or stay a day later..depends on the weather. It was downright cold last evening so I will dress in jeans and a sweatshirt with a jacket for tonight's game. I hate these strange summers and we seem to be having more of them. Summer should be hot and constant sun and i should be able to count on stepping outside and feeling the heat not reaching for a jacket to patio sit in the evening...this ain't Alaska...it is Illinois and I should be complaining about it being to darn hot and humid! Not a fan of this climate change. Well, when you are lazy and content nothing exciting happens in your life so I have nothing exciting to tell you. Smelling the bacon and it is yummy so should put the rest together and think about what else to do while home today..haircut, bank, gas...maybe a stop for a loaf of hard crusted bread to dip in the sauce. Elaine & Maye, E hit 80 this year. However, he can still act like he's an 8 yrs old! He is now beginning to feel some limitations in what he can/can't do.

Well, the temps are definitely on a downtrend. Night temps are in the 70's again, and day temps are under the hundred-teens and still meandering down. Its 81° this morning (6a); it'll be 107° today. Yesterday it was forecasted we'd have rain next Monday, but that has disappeared.

Today is trash day. I think most of our neighbor's are inconsiderate because they don't bag their trash. E has been picking up all kinds of receipts, candy wrappers, book pages, and all kinds of stuff every day this past week....the stuff blows right up our sidewalk to the front door, some goes through the gate into the backyard. Today, as the trucks dump the containers into their trucks "hold", you know that the winds will capture some of the stuff to fall into the street, and it'll be dancing onto our property again. That gets old. E has talked to some of the neighbor's about it, but they really don't want to hear it. Nothing has changed. Even if some bits of trash fall by the curb, they never pick it up.

Well, not much going on here today. I got E's meat loaf patties made yesterday. Turned out good. We had a pattie plus a big salad for supper last night.
I started the laundry today already.

I'm looking forward to our trip to WA next month. Haven't seen my "baby" in 2-3 years. Can't belirve that my baby's babies are legally adults now. WA has temps in the 70's on the average, but I see where they'd had some days spike to the 90's. But it's humid there, too. E said to pack lightly, and we can buy whatever else we need when we get there. That's fine with me.

Gotta go switch laundry loads and maybe even get dressed.

It is trip time for me, too! Counting down the hours until we go, we nstead of days like I started 100 days ago!
68 now and it feels so good. My living room has dog crates and the two dogs on the couch are getting a bit quieter. Last time they saw the crates they all were going for shots.

I am hopeful ngbto check in on my phone while I am gone. Probably not in the morning tomorrow because the Sacramento airport wi-fi never has enough power to even get on Facebook!

Good morning, Everyone going on trips have fun. I'm at oldest daughter's for a bit, giving the youngest and hubby some alone time. They got bad news last week, seems the baby just stopped growing at 8 weeks, seems this is something that happens quite often and most women don't know it because they don't realize they are pregnant before it happens. Still since they are trying to have kids they are upset.
This grand dog is something else.so far this morning she is being calm, yesterday she brought the bathroom rug in and beat me with it, after I took that away from her, she brought a shoe, a sock and one of her toys to beat me with.

Arrrrggghhhhhh! Ain't technology great! Last night I got a robo call from the Retina Center (I have annual follow ups), and it was a very lengthy call about a scheduled appointment this week that THEY cancelled because the doc would be on vacation, and then proceeded to give me instructions about medications, who to bring, what to bring, ad nauseum.
So I called them when they opened this morning to ask what's going on, and they didn't have a clue as to why they called me last night. We did agree on the rescheduled date in August. Let's face it, today just about every technology business has cut corners to save money, sacrificing the quality of craftsmanship. 🤔

Darla. The FETUS stopped growing? Oh, my. How very sad. Often Nature will take care of eliminating its mistakes before the trimester is done. Sometimes the doctor has to. Im so sorry they have to go through that.

Good Afternoon! It's down right cold out there today.

Yesterday was crazy. Got home from going to town and there was a msg from the restaurant for a cake & 2 pies. Well I had a cake in the freezer to be iced, but not a single pie, so I spent the next few hours making PB and Samoa pies. What a mess! My SIL then stopped in to drop off containers, and chatted. We then had to get going for the swim meet. The kitchen was still a mess. Figured I'd do it when I got home, which I had no energy left to do it.

Blaise lost his 2nd tooth yesterday when we were eating at Arby's. He was so excited. He told everybody.

This morning I had an appt for Blaise at Portrait Innovation, so I got him up early for a shower so that I could do his hair nicely. We were the first customer at 9am. Normally it only takes 15 minutes to print off all the pictures. They still weren't printed after an hour & a half. I was NOT happy. We have to go back anyways for the little picture books in about a week, so we'll get them then, because I'm not driving over there later just to get pictures. I ask if she'd just ship them to me free, but she didn't respond to that request. But the session itself was great & we got some really cute pictures. I was a sucker and didn't just stick with the single pose. Blaise requested that I be in some of the pictures and they are adorable. Kathy will be mad, but she'll get over it. I always tell her she should take him sometime & pay for the pictures, but that's NEVER happened. She'd just rather b*tch at me.

I've now got to find the energy to start working on the 8 doz sugar cookies ordered for Thursday pick up. Blaise has swim team practice later. Only one more week of this. Next Thursday is the last meet. I'm ready for it to be done.
