Cori and I have been up since 5.....After a pretty late night I am feeling brained..I went with a friend to see to see the new version beauty and the beast.it was sooo good!!!

Work yesterday was not good! Lots of stress and a customer messing with me.

I came home to a lot of excitement t be at door....Several police cars parked in front of my house..Lots of activity going on next door... The cops were there at least 4 hours and arrested my neighbor again...

Plan today is work..Volunteering and most likely church.

Good morning everyone.

Will be leaving shortly, but thought I'd check in. Tomorrow is my last (I hope) spinal injection. At least I hope we can get this surgery done in May. All I have to do is behave myself, and not fall into a tree again. Those darn trees just won't budge or give you a soft landing.

Good Morning to all....finally back home..Went to Cinn. to the funeral of a friend, stayed at my sisters house, was supposed to come back home on Monday after the funeral little did we know that it was an all day experience...first the minister was very long winded, then it took the funeral home about 45 mins. to get everything taken care of before we pulled out for the procession, then that was a fiasco took almost an hour to get to the gravesite, then afterwards we went to the place for the luncheon and it took almost an hour for everyone to get there, so my brother in law said you "you guys need something more than a snack to head down the road since we left the house at 8:00 a.m. without breakfast", so we said our good byes to everyone and headed to a restaurant to eat, well by the time it was all said and done it was 4:30 p.m. and we decided to stay another night and leave yesterday morning. We did leave but hubby wanted to stop and see his Father on the way home so we did that, by the time we got home we have a few hours before it was time to go to another funeral of a woman that was my neighbor for over 24 yrs. and her children are all good friends...so by the time we got home it was almost 9:00 p.m. Now I am up and have to leave the house by 8:30 a.m. to go get my INR checked...

I need to get ready for my vacation, will be leaving Sat. evening to go to my sons in MI so he can take us to the airport Sunday morning and he can keep our car while we are gone...and pick us up when we get back...my head is spinning with so much going on...I need a vacation just to rest up for awhile..

Well time to finish my coffee, grab a bite, take my meds and head out the door again...catch everyone later...

Good Morning! A dreary one out there today.

Yesterday was good. In the morning I got the sugar cookies all baked off & the mess cleaned up. Then I went to the church to play Hand & Foot with a few of the ladies. During all that plans were being made to go to the movies to see The Shack. My cousin Karen, Aunt Maye, my SIL, and I went for the 6:30 showing. It was very good. Thought provoking. Had a pleasant surprise. Tuesdays are $5 day all day and popcorn and drinks are reduced too, so for $9 I got it all. My SIL & I decided we are going to see Beauty & The Beast next Tue if it's still there. Now if the others want to come, they are more than welcome. I'm hoping we can go to an earlier showing. Tuesday evening is the one night Cork & I watch NCIS together.

This morning I've got to clean up the lemon pie mess that I made before leaving last night. The pie is for the doctor's office and I'll be delivering it later this morning & also going to Aldi's. I have to get the basketball sugar cookies iced today, if nothing else for tomorrow's order. I also made some extra Easter shaped cookies. I called the Vets nursing home down over the hill from us to ask if they get Easter eggs made for them, and she said no, so I told her the Blaise & I would be doing that for them. A good project for us when he's on break. I'll also being taking down some cookies.

good morning! the trash truck just banged its way down my street. I will go out and bring in the cans as soon as I am finished here. Then putout the recycling can. for some reason that truck comes by much later.
Another sunny day here, just not yet. It is still dark outside the window and I am still yawning a bit. At least no fog is predicted so I am hopeful Becky will have a good drive to school today.
I hope we all have a great day! All 6 kids will be here today and I need to go get the day started and ready for them!

Good morning! Another gloomy one out there and cold too! How come I can tell you exactly how many days we have gone without sun and can barely remember the last string of sunny ones? Today I am staying home. May not do anything but I will be home not doing it! Met the bus last night and Drew and I headed to McDs. Over dinner conversation he mentioned stopping at DQ and checking out their ice cream pizza. SOOOOOO......we wiped the McD crumbs off and strolled into DQ for an ice cream pizza. It was delish! We had the M&M but I am hoping they have a strawberry next visit. Really they are good if not a little pricey. Jon is seeing a specialist next week with his tooth. It has already had a root canal so it is either broken under the gum line or needs an additional root canal. I had that done once...another root showed up that went bad. He is very unhappy since we have this trip planned and the strike worry still hanging and now a big dentist bill. Always something. Slept good last night and will be all rested for tonight's hockey game. Have to cook today. I have not cooked since last Friday. It has been a good run of fast food but tonight I am using the hamburger we had thawed for yesterday and making a fast hamburger strogonoff, big salad and then hockey. Finally got the printer to work. It took a lot of cussing and a pretty good temper tantrum but I won and scared the printer into printing. I did everything it told me to do and have done over and over for days but I am pretty sure it was that last string of cuss words that did it. Just needed the right combination I guess. Storms to the south of us and if it is going to look like this out it might as well rain here too. Hope someone out there has sun and enjoys it! Have a good one everybody.

Good morning, everyone.
Thought I'd be over this cold, but it won't completely let go yet. I thought I was rid of it yesterday afternoon, but a soon a I lay down at night, the cough returns with a vengeance. It has a mind of its own.

I called for a haircut appointment next week. Am SO overdue!

The house is chilly this morning. It's 51° outside now, but going to 79° today. A beautiful sunny day for us.
I'm hoping it'll be without the winds, though. We've had more windy days this past week than usual. Breezes I don't mind. Winds, not so much.

Good afternoon.

another semi-crammed day... took #2 car to the garage,, It needs something.. there is always a Gasoline smell.. not leaking or losing gas but .. must have somewhere that gas fumes are escaping . ... I followed d. to garage to bring him home at 8>30am.. did the routine pick up, wash up. etc house stuff..
Went by myself to the library.. pick up books I had ordered in.. brought lunch home from subway.. .. took a break..
then back to the downstairs. and emptied out the remaining music file drawers.. and sorted . picked out the best ones.. and toss the rest in a pile.. for garage bags.. and I think I am done sorting music !.... have a 2 boxes for Karen to go though and pick what she wants.. and then there may be a few more to toss out from her "pile".

the movie "the Shack ".. was not how I pictured it ( while reading the book)... but it was a good movie... a real real tear-jerker...take a box of kleenex!...I enjoyed being out with my family of girls.. Hubby went over to Karens husband ,,, to the sawmill.. and was happy as could be when I got home.. he sure did not miss me.

Maxie,,, I look at my printer and set the waste basket in front of it and point.... I would be happy to throw it away!.. after I use up the ink I bought I might just do that anyway..
