Good Morning dear ones....the sun is shining but it is shiver me timbers cold out there...

Maxie, please put off digging in the dirt for money cans in your yard it is just to cold...

I got up early so that we can leave here shortly to go to our sons house in MI, just a visit haven't seen nor talked to him since Christmas, hubby has but not me...I am taking some goodies with me to share. Will take them out to eat somewhere.

Hubby is still in bed so I will have to rattle some pots and pans to get him moving...so have a great day one and all...shall catch up tomorrow..

Not sunny here. Rain and cold, but it will warm up into the 70's. Everything in bloom. Red Bud trees, Tulip trees, Azaleas. I'm sure the fruit trees are thinking about it, and that may be a problem this early in the year.

Made sandwiches for church. Don't expect too many today.

No plans other than the usual Sunday.

Saw the photo of you at the musical, Janet. So cute.

Good morning..Cori had me up around 4 but my itchy hands had me up before that.....I am paying the consequences of being outside working at my sisters most of the day with sun screen...I have a very bad itchy rash on hands and up my arms...I was supposed to go back and help some more today....last night when we got home mom and decided we were tired of waiting for my sister to come so mom got all the sheets together and thrown down the steps for me. I am in the process of washing all of them...I have my first load in....I also made brownies this morning for my Bible Study group...They are in the oven as I type....

It looks my day will be spent doing laundry once I get home from Bible Study...I also promised my parents a decent supper tonight....I think that it will be hamburgers

Elaine,, thanks to a head scarf, the wind, my hair was almost in my eyebrows.!... but this student and her family are like family to me... this is her final performance ( that I will see at this school)...the musical,, 42 st. was good.. (not the greatest )but the kids were fantastic.. full of energy and having such a good time.. Nice evening out for my sister and I..

very cold this morning but we are preparing to go to church.. the car has a heater.. and I have a heavy coat..

Good SUNNY Morning! But ya can't let that sun fool you, because it is still freezing out there.

Yesterday was good. Puttered around cleaning here & there. Blaise & I took a trip to Saxonburg to the library and then to DG. It was $5 off Saturday plus I had some coupons too, so I decided after 10 plus years that I needed to replace all my make up. I rarely wear it, but lately I've been in the mood to look prettier, so I decided to use some of my BD money and buy new. Pitched all the old stuff. Went to Blaise's BB game in the afternoon. He was in rare form being a goof ball. He did get a couple baskets, which was thrilling for him.

Got a texted from Becca during the evening that she hurt her food while playing soccer with her boys. She's afraid to tell her boss because technically they aren't suppose to play with them, but it has helped her gain trust and have a good relationship with these troubled boys. It's the same foot that she broke a couple years ago. We dug out her big ole boot and I think she's going to Urgent Care later. We'll be meeting up with her somewhere along the line today.

Went to church & SS this morning. Came home to a msg from the restaurant for 2 pies & a carrot cake. Fortunately I had all of the in the freezer just waiting for the phn call. I've got the cake iced, but now waiting for the orange & green icings to warm up so I can put the decorative carrots on the cake. Have to decide what to take for cards tonight. We are going up to my SIL's Mom's place to play. She doesn't like to drive in the dark, so occasionally we go there to play.

ah , Maxie , had a few of those nights...and it makes the next day a long tired one.... hope you get more sleep tonight.

seems like this day is already long enough but... not over yet... gddau Hannahs birthday.. they have her out to supper. then we will meet at her home for cake, icecream... the young lady is 20 .. (already)...
Going to church on regular basis is feeling normal again.. and I feel like I have went Home.... the ministers sermon was about God knowing we need each other... the basic truth about family... and that we are admonish to meet together, support, and share our talent with others..
..... so I told the little gal who plays piano.. if any Sunday morning she gets up sick ,she could call. I can fill in on piano at a drop of a hat. they sing the hymns I am familiar with .and the music for offertory ,etc. . just play a hymn , that's what she does.. give me a tad of warning .so I can go over them a couple time .... ...its better than kitchen duty .
then David wanted to stop at Walmart after church,, did that.. Lunchtime at local restaurant... and finally home ... to rest, snooze. read and now to go out again for cake,Ice.cream.. and to meet the New and First boyfriend.... He better be the Best guy ever!!!!
