Good Wednesday Morning

Just hurrying through, have an appt. this morning...

Yesterday 60 degrees, today they say we could be getting snow, welcome to Ohio weather, LOL

After my appts. today I want to go to Hobby Lobby, they have a metal corner stand I want to buy, will put it in my sunroom for pictures to sit on...and some greenery.
My curio cabinet for my livingroom will be delivered on Friday...glad hubby will be here..
Well off to the shower, have a great day one and all...at least I did get to see a bit of sunshine this week.

Good morning...I had a double wake up call...needless to say I am wide awake. Cori and I were up around 430 as normal. I fed her went back to bed...she came back to bed with me. Double checked my alarm. It was set to go off at 620. At 618 my dad was standing the door of my room yelling for me to get up. It startled me needless to say I am awake! He isn't used to taking me to work. I know what time I have to get up and how much time I need to be ready on time. I am much better off if left alone until I appear upstairs. I am not mad anymore..

Last night was so much fun and so great! I went out for pizza with a couple friends and the guy that I like. There is a definite potential for a forming relationship. He has a lot on his plate right now so I honestly don't think now is the time for a relationship...He is in the middle of getting his cna certificate. as well as working 2 jobs. Once he gets his cna he plans to go to one job...He will work in the nursing home for a year or so then he wants to try to get on at the hospital.

Work yesterday was fine. I just stayed to myself and did my own thing. Today is a sale day also a volunteer day. If I have more issues with volunteers I will again speak with my supervisor...if the problem isn't resolved I will bring my job coach in.

After work I am going to volunteer..

Tonight I am making chili mac and corn bread.

I also have church this evening.

Good Morning! Another dreary one here. Yesterday was almost 60 and today like Sharon, they are calling for snow later.

Well we got our new furnace and a/c units installed. It took most of the day. One of the features that I think is neat is that on those weird spring & fall days where it's cold in the AM but hot in the PM, you can program it for the furnace & the a/c to run according to the house temps you desire.

I made a fresh batch of ladylocks yesterday once I got home from the bank. My Aunt P popped in for a quick visit, which was nice. The day just slipped by and didn't get a ton accomplished. Hope today is better. Took Blaise to BB practice. It was NCIS night, so Cork was up watching it with me. Usually he's in bed a little after 8pm. Personally I think we should watch the recording the next night so we can zip through the commercials.

Made a sweep through the house and put shoes and jacket where they belong (John), have sheets in washer and emptied dishwasher

Our weather here in south central Illinois is the same as the Ohio and Pa. people. Must be a large area of weather going through. Sat. we are back to 60.

Don't have a lot on the agenda for today. Don't know if I'll even get out before Church tonight.

Good morning, everyone!
My appointment went very well with my new PCP. She actually read my record without flinching. She's easy to joke around with as well. One thing I did learn was about my feet....that tingling sensation of my toes and ball of my foot and my feet always feeling so cold is "neuropathy", for which there is no cure. So she was glad to see that I do carry my cane around.
I still haven't called for my follow-up cardiology appointment. Guess I'm still ticked at the doctor's extreme tardiness, and especially the fact that the front desk was closed when we left. I'm also supposed to schedule an ECHO test before that appointment.

Today is supposed to get to 76°.....nice by any standards, right? Well, I don't see the sunshine, and the skies look dreary right now. But I'm sure before the afternoon the sun should make its showing.

Cookie, sounds like your furnace/AC will keep your house comfy at all times. Nice!
Elaine, that's what cats like to do. Jump on people when they least expect it. I've always kept my bedroom door closed to them, but only one cat has been able to mysteriously get in! 😂

Good morning. Waiting on kids, which is nice, but one mom said today would be early and it isn't...I got up early to be ready.
Nothing new here and trying to keep,a positive attitude under gray, rainy skies is getting harder and harder. Turning on lights and turning up the music!
I had time to clean out the frig before the garbage was picked up so that is a big plus!
Love what jostoy said in closing. I always aim high for my day, so Good is right up,there.
Hope your day is one to smile about!

my computer is all messed up.. I did something I should not have done.. altho I do not know what is was.... or how to fix it... just everything is "big".. One post on here takes up the entire front of my computer.. will have to give up and call a Grand kid to help ... not going to take to a repair shop.. would go buy new first.. ..but sure makes posting a lot of work...

so Hi to all .. I can read your posts fine...and keep up with the events on here..and thats a hallelujah!.

we got out to library and groc stores.. and dr appt.. and that's about it..
Might get out to town and lunch , depending on snow, tomorrow.. Karen wants to shop for new carpet for her big bedroom..and I need a few hours out of house
