    Good Morning, Everyone!

Janet, I am so sorry that you have been sick. Not fun anytime, but especially this time of year.

Paula, so glad you are having a great time on your trip.

Sharon, I must Google these meatballs. Sounds like something we would like.

Maxie, you might be grumpy, but you never lose your sense of humor. 😊

John is having chemo shots this week, so we go to town everyday. Yesterday we got home, ate lunch, and about an hour later he lost his lunch.
That happens once in awhile, but the medicine never leaves him feeling yucky. He really tolerates it well.

It is just a little after 4a, but guess I will get started on the bathrooms. Have a good day. ❤️️

Good morning...in a funk this morning...one of my favorite people from when I lived at the apartments before I moved has passed on...She is so much better off...the thing that I aggravated about is that no one called or told me when I talked to them..and she was on my list of people they promised to let me know when she passed...Oh well

Work today til 2 if They want me to stay....then plans for the evening with the family..I don't know exactly what we are doing just that we have some type of plans..I will come home at 2 and get a power nap I hope.

Good morning all you early birds - and all of those who come later. I actually slept in this morning and I'm just now waking up. It feels strange, but good.

I am going to my friend's house tonight for pot roast dinner and a movie. I'm looking forward to it.

I am not sure what the weather is going to be today. I think it's going to be up near 70 again and probably we'll see some rain.

Elaine, I am so glad that John is taking the chemo as well as he has been. It's gotta be tough though. Many prayers are with you both.

Janet, I hope that you are feeling much better. I agree it's tough to be sick at this time of year.

Bethina, it sounds like you have your day all planned out. It's easier when you have plans. My days are normally unplanned and not too productive.

This week, like the rest of this year, is flying by. We are already midweek. Soon we will be entering a brand new year. All my best wishes and prayers that 2017 will be a great year for all of us.

          Good morning.
Night's darkness drags on. I'm ready for spring and earlier sunrises.
Trash men didn't show up yesterday, but I heard them emptying the barrels before the sun rose.
Sun? An overcast day today -- so far, anyway -- so everything is in gray, cloudy light this morning.

It was good seeing Nalani's post this morning. I was beginning to worry.
Maye, sorry to hear you've been ill. Hope you're feeling better.
Elaine, I hope John's chemo goes better the rest of the week.
          Funny cat, Sassy!
Beth, sorry about your friend. It's nice to have plans for the day.
          Hi Val !
And HI to all who follow.

Another day with no real plans here.
          Countdown to haircut: 3

          Have a great day.

Good Morning...phone lines are busy this morning as well as texting, etc...my husbands adoptive Father the one that pretty much raised him but then left their lives at 23 yrs. old is having part of his leg amputated tomorrow in Cinn...to make a long story short we will be heading that way later this afternoon after we get our stuff done here and Rufus gets his stitches out this morning...I will fill you in when I get back probably on Friday...There will be repercussions from this I am sure..
Live simply, love generously, care deeply, speak kindly, and leave the rest to God

Good Morning. Yesterday was pretty for a while and then the clouds rolled in AGAIN.

Yesterday was busy. Was just getting ready to bake the 2 pies for last night's gathering, when the restaurant called & placed their order. Then I had 4 pies & a carrot cake to do. Got it done & delivered. Got a little help from Blaise & Becca. Got everything done except making a new batch of Puppy Chow, and no one even missed it. After cleaning up dinner, we played a game of 7Up and 7Down then had dessert. I love my family. Aunt J and her daughter K's family were suppose to come, but I uninvited Karen when I heard 2 were done with the stomach flu. Good thing cause she texted about 8pm that she was then down. See....knew what I was doing. Didn't want those germs.

This morning I packed up a bunch of stuff from the refrig for Becca to take back with her. She's left and going back to work & the real world. We had a nice visit together. I have a customer coming to get some cookies...half doz of this & a half doz of that to total 3 doz. Helps clear out some of my inventory. Think I'll just putter around today.

Great to see Nalani!!! Now where is Pat?

            Have a good one all!

Good morning from Battle Ground, WA.
I am posting in bed so I don't wake up the two boys whose room is across from the bathroom and next to mine. They sleep with their door open. So no shower for awhile.
They also sleep with their heat set a lot higher than I do, so I opened my window an inch to cool it.
Really cold up here when we were out yesterday.
Tonight we are going to the Zoo Lights for the Christmas display.
My gifts went over great! The 3 year old loves the Plasma car (a sit on scooter that can hold up to 200+pounds!) and rolled all around on the tile floors. I went in on an X Box for the 10 year old and he keeps saying Best Gift Ever.
I have my granddaughter jewelry and a cute hat but her big gift is the concert tickets for next summer I bought as soon as the concert was announced. So in spite of the clouds and rain everyone is having fun here,
Take care and get well, Maye.
              Hugs to you all!

                good evening

wow... what a different! Christmas .. of the 18 people at my house on Saturday evening so far 13 of us have had that "viral". bug.. diarrhea and upchucking ... the younger you are the easier it is on you.... David got hit with it last evening ..and through the night... leaves us "elder folks".. weak ,weary.. achy all over.. but after 6-7 hours of running to bathroom.. the weakness seems a relief!.... we have done a lot of sleeping .. very little eating . lots of water drinking ..

had friends show up at the door , come to visit... and I Uninvited them..don't know if we are contagious ,but why take a chance?... will see them later in the month..

Sassy my K.D.Kat sleeps like that on the chair too.

                must go read Nalani post.

see you all later.. Im ready to head for bed with books ... Im still doing battle with the new Kindle Fire... so hard to navigate through. but I did find some ebooks and even found them the second time so I could read... I felt Like I had just pass a giant TEST...

Take it one Day , one step, at a time.. cause that's all we really have.
