Good TUESDAY Morning! June 9th, 2015

Good SUNNY Morning! It's wet out there, so it must have rained recently, but nice now. Yesterday was cloudy for the most part & the sun FINALLY peaked out around 7pm.

OK....Closing FINALLY happened, but it was painful. Our realtor & the buyers realtor was there & ready at the appointed time of 5pm. The buyer finally got there around 5:30pm...long story...and the person from the title company finally arrived around 5;45pm. I guess the bank didn't email all the paperwork to her until 4:55pm and it took her little putt putt printer forever to print 80 pages off. Then some of the pages were mixed up...buyer & sellers. We FINALLY got out of there at 6:45pm. CRAZY!!!! Blaise & I stopped at Meijers and got his donut (his reward for being good) and some stuff for a quick supper. I spent the evening doing laundry & organizing some more.

The bank had emailed all the papers Corky needed to sign to our realtor for the new house since she's a notary & that's who he needed to sign everything in front of back in PA. She had him in & out of there in minutes. She printed everything off, had the return envelope ready, and is mailing for us today. Now is that service or what? Since we are current customers of theirs, she gladly did this. For the Bradford closing, they just emailed everything through some kind of dot.loop service and we signed everything electronically and it was done in a mere minute. Nothing about this closing was easy or professional.

Anyways, today is a new day and we are one day closer to being in our new house. Hopefully by next Tuesday we'll be closing on it. This morning is more packing. Blaise & I will be leaving around noontime for Granville, OH for an ultra sound appt with my friend Maureen. Hopefully what happened last week (an extremely light period after not having one in 18 mos) was just due to nerves. Since my appt is at 1:30pm, I'm thinking we'll just come home after that. She had mentioned staying the night, but I just have too much going on...we'll see. It'll also depend on how much I get done this morning.

Donna so glad the closing finally happened and that some other things are falling into place, kind of a light at the end of the dark tunnel. Maybe change of life will come early for you. Glad your friend Maureen is on this. I can well imagine your whole system is out of whack with all you are going through. You are a much stronger woman than I. You so deserve peace and tranquility.
We had lots of rain overnight so that means no swimming pool install today either. I have an appt. at 4:10, don't like those later appts. everyone getting off work and heading home about the time I am finished. I am feeling somewhat better but staying close to bathroom is still needed that is what antibiotics do to me. I will keep using probiotics afterwards because I believe it has helped calm the intestines.
Sun is shining out now so looks like it might be a good day out.
Talked to jostoy yesterday, she still thinks the S on her shirt stands for Superwoman, informed her yesterday that was not the case, it stands for *hithead as she is always injuring herself..😬😋 That woman is always cleaning or doing something, wish I had half her energy, heck I would like a fourth of it.
Warm months keep her out and about, she is on board more in cooler months.
Well got to get myself moving this morning, eat something early so I don't worry about bathroom as much.

albeit an overcast one. instead of my beloved sunshine... it is a good morning .. had a 6 hour uninterrupted sleep..... Knowing Mike was safely back home to Colorado. and hearing Donna's happy news about houses....got two prayers answered .. and answered prayer is always calming...

have the morning booked with piano students... summer schedule has begun... but will get the few kids (who haven't left on vacation or gone to camp) all done today...

SHaron, just keep nursing your health... and so glad to hear some news on Jostoy...

better get the house picked up. and hair done.. will go downstairs and put it back to rights, altho' Mike is the neatest person and left everything folded and tidy ...

Good Morning!

Donna, you take my breath away. Talk about Superwoman. So pleased everything is falling into place. It's kind of ironic, really, that both houses sold within short time of each other.

Sharon, happy you are on the mend, as well.

Was gone the entire day yesterday. And back out again this morning. I need to get 3 pair of pants hemmed for John before we do that, however.

I called Deb yesterday and had a great talk with her.

Good morning...I had an absolutely great day yesterday and that includes my time at work.!

Started my morning with PT it wasn't bad like the first itme...then I got to work was needed in laundry! The difficult lady supervisor was off work and is off again today....I may get to work in laundry again this morning not sure...will wait until I am asked Worked in Small parts after laundry and that wasn't even bad....pretty easy jobs..At the end of the day I picked up my check my payee and they had put the extra money on my check that I asked for...I went to walmart and got everything that I needed and wanted....went and found a shirt for my friends wedding that is this weekend...and went to 2 different stores for groceries...came home and collapsed...I was so wore out by the time that I finally got everything done...

Work today..praying for another great day...followed by some laundry and watching America's Got talent

Good morning....
No rain yesterday, jut overcast and windy. Looks like we had a pretty good rain earlier this morning, though. We really need it!
This morning I get my glasses checked. They may have to get new lenses for them. I've had them only a month, and wire them faithfully to "get used them". I might just get another pair online, once they figure out if the prescription is good or not.

Cookie, I'm so glad the house finally closed. What a fiasco, huh?

good warm morning! I am not sure what the temperature is right now, but it is already warm.. all ceiling fans are on and all windows and doors are open. We used to sleep with doors open and just the screen door to keep dogs in, but it just isn't the same good ole days. you aren't safe enough unless your doors are locked.
Today is the donation truck pick up. I have a huge bag with clothes and shoes. I don't even care who picks it up, just happy to give away and get some space in mu closet.

Donna, glad every thing is falling into place on the houses. Finally. Just a lot of work left of moving everything and getting it in place at your new home.

Patty and Walt will be coming today and will hang the rest of my pictures on the walls. Have done the smaller ones, then it will be more like home.

Sounds as if all the moving is going fine and won't be long until everyone is all settled down in their new homes. I thought I heard a couple sighs of relief all the way here.LOL

Did my usual cooking and book work today. Breathing isn't as good as it should be today. Hope it's better by Saturday as I have to do a Sam's run then.
