        Whew.. Sharon .. to bad you had to have the complications... but losing all that weight is wonderful!.....looking Good.
        Take it one Day , one step, at a time.. cause that's all we really have.

                    Thanks everyone, it has been rough but would do it all again even knowing what I know...it has helped me in so many ways, being off of all meds except one for the arteries is great...and actually being able to do things without becoming winded, out of breath, etc. and buying normal size clothes instead of tent and awning dept. or clothes that you really don't like or want but have no choice...I am looking forward to visiting and enjoying my grandgirls soon..I am feeling GREAT!!!
