Sorry, Davis. I don't know how to add the option of banning an e-mail address to your Super Moderator permissions.
BUT I do know how to change your permissions to ADMINISTRATOR! You now have access to the Admin Control Panel. You must promise to use this power only in the service of good. If the main page in the Admin CP shows an error message, just click on the "Control Panel Home" link right at the top of the left navigation pane (just under the vBulletin logo). That should reset things.
There's a whole bunch of things you can do under "Users." The "Prune/Move Users" is very helpful.
