If I had a printer, I'd print this article out and take it to my next appt. in Springfield. "They" are pushing the protein, but don't want me eating the fat. And I use venison bacon and sausage, but they still don't want me to eat even that even though there is less fat in venison.

Do you have a portable device - some Kindles will have email access, I don't know about nooks though. A smart phone, maybe, with email capability? Bring it up on that, or in your email.

No JoGee, I don't own or buy all those gadgets. Even my cell phone is very basic as it is "built" for senior citizens. I just can't see spending the extra money when all I need is very basic things.

I know what you mean. The reason I have the gadgets is because they're gifts from E. I don't use much of the features.
Now, he buys himself cheaper phones, "Droid" stuff. It has some features. But his is currently going whacky. Guess whose phone he depends on?
I don't mind. My phone receives better in more areas, too. I figure when he wants to go places, it can come in handy, especially if there's an emergency. Otherwise I don't use it much. I like the fact I can send/receive texts. I never did turn on voice mail. If this phone gets marketer calls I can ignore them, and not have to go through voice mails.

What you can do, Jostoy, is just write down the website address. The doctor has computers there. He can look it up, and tell you what he thinks.
