I don't know if you remember me mentioning that my lab work last year showed me as having a high Calcium level and my doctor questioned me about it. I told him that I was taking a daily Calcium pill and he told me to cut it out. Well, after I got home and got to thinking about it I realized that almost every evening after dinner I was taking 2 Tums for heartburn. The lightbulb went on and I knew I had to stop doing the Tums, so I started taking a baking soda & water remedy for the heartburn and it works faster than anything I've ever taken. I also stopped eating any onions after lunch unless they are well sautéed as in French Onion Soup. I have seen a decrease in heartburn and my Calcium level was good this spring.
