DO YOU KNOW?

I had 4 calls show up on my caller ID that said Skype Caller and has a 661 area code (Bakersfield CA.) I haven't a clue who this is and I don't know what a Skype Caller is. I don't have Skype on mu phone (or do I???) Anyone have any suggestions???

Val, I've never used Skype, nor the version on my phone. So I really don't know how those work. I just know it's a cheaper way to call someone, and I think you can see who you're talking with.

I'd say if you don't know who is calling, don't answer. If it's someone you know, they'll eventually let you know by leaving a message.
Or, try doing a reverse phone number search on the web, to find who the caller is.

I agree with JoGee..I would check the number on the web and see who it is..

And find way to block it..Gov.com..To block those number.I have that to block those number.

And check it out and check all my mesages too.Do your homework..

It was most likely a telemarketer. They now can Skype over the phone (don't ask me how!!!). I THINK it may involve something similar to Messenger on FB. I accidentally was able to "visit" face-to-face with a friend the other day. It was hilarious. I didn't have my teeth in and she had just gotten up! Scared both of us to see one nother, but we had a great chat!!!! And I don't have a phone with my ipad. It is all WAY beyond me!
