    If you want an easy dinner with an upscale restaurant taste here it is: Buy the Wild Caught Salmon at Aldi's in the frozen section. I fix my salmon in a pot on the stovetop. Pour a good drizzle of Olive Oil into a good sized pot and turn the heat to medium. Open the fillets and place in the pot. Add salt, pepper, and whatever seasoning you like with your fish. Put the lid on the pot and let it cook for a few minutes. Turn the fillets over and drizzle the Maple Syrup over the fish and replace the lid. Turn down the heat to low and cook another couple of minutes. Now you have some great tasting Salmon without breaking the bank. I like to serve with coleslaw and potatoes or sautéed Zucchini.
