2.15 pounds of ground chuck
1 Cup of Oats
4.5 ounce can of chopped green chilies
1/2 Cup of Milk
1/2 Cup of minced onion
2 eggs *
2 teaspoons of salt
2 teaspoons of chili powder
About 2 hours before serving, preheat oven to 350*. Bake 1 1/2 hours.
* May substitute 1/2 Cup Egg Beaters Southwestern Style for the eggs.
