Any kind of fruit can be used. If it's already sweetened you can omit the sugar. You will need either a corning baking dish, a brownie pan, or an oblong baking pan. Fruits to use are Peaches, Apples, Cherries, Blueberries, Blackberries, or Strawberries.
Things you will need: measuring cup, wooden stir spoon, sugar, SR flour, milk, and a baking pan.
Cut your fruit into bite sized pieces. For every cup of fruit used you will also need a cup of sugar, a cup of flour, and a cup of milk. Add the fruit to the pan that has been sprayed lightly with Pam or whatever brand you use to coat the pan. You can add the sugar to the fruit before adding to the pan or you can sprinkle it on top of the fruit. Now stir together the milk and flour and pour over the top. Bake in a 350 * oven for 35 minutes or until the cobbler is bubbly and brown on top. Cobbler makes it's own crust.
