Rolo ritz

40 Ritz Crackers (There were 28 in the packs I used)
20 Rolo candies (I used mini Rolos because that was all I could find at Walmart. (There were approximately 60 in each bag.)

Put 20 Ritz crackers on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Put one Rolo on each cracker. Bale in a pre-heated 300 degree oven for 3 minutes.

Let cool. Some of the Rolos may "leak" but that's OK!

I'm trying to wrap my head around how these would taste, Val. I've heard of using Ritz and Soda Crackers for the base of toffee bars, but never chocolate caramel... might give it a try.

It is a chocolate caramel / salty taste. I had just 1 and I liked it, but I have little to no sense of taste.
