Panettone

I couldn't resist the Panettone at Aldi's today. Oh, I love that stuff. It just melts in your mouth. It's holiday time and I simply had to have it. It has the dark chocolate. Yum! DH had some too and went for a walk after lunch.

I love it, too! I bought one in a box that all our stores get at Christmas and used some for French toast. In the plastic bag inside the box it freezes really well and I might buy some before it is all gone to have later.

Great idea Paula. I didn't know you could freeze it. I saw it for only $4.50 at CVS. That would be a bargain.

I am still using the one I froze, so I totally know it works! I am looking for another before they are gone.
