Cranberry Sauce
1 12-oz bag frozen or fresh cranberries
1 whole orange
(This is all that's called for, but I found it definitely needs sweetening!)
Cut up the orange and discard any seeds. I cut each half into 4 slices, then each slice in half. Put the cranberries, and orange with peel and pith, into a blender.
I added about 1/4 cup of sugar, but you might want to double that. Blend well.
I made it Thanksgiving morning. You might want to make it the day before and let the flavored meld.
Also, I think that next time I'll also add a small can on pineapple to it.
