Elaine, I make this every year. the only difference is my recipe ( from one of my Home Ec teachers fundraiser books) calls for grapes instead of pineapple.
It is so pretty! And in my book I wrote " Wayne and Anthony really liked this!" They were two teen aged boys, and that was a definite great review in my mind! -

Fun for the holidays. Already have my food chosen for our potluck here and for family celebration. Roasted Brussels Sprouts for the potluck and pumpkin pies for family.
