Yes, it's that time of year. For supper last night I had a a HUGE salad. Cool and crisp. With a nice Zesty Italian Dressing on it.
Afterward? Strawberry shortcake. Ahhhhh... Summer!The only person you should try to be better than is the person you were yesterday.

Yesterday I made BBQ hamburgers, and put it on a plate (no buns or condiments) with a simple salad of Romaine, fresh cherry tomatoes,, and baby corn.
Dessert, E had ice cream & blueberries, and I had just blueberries.
It's just too hot to cook, some days.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
