Does size matter?
I bought cake mixes that require an 8" round cake pans. I bought some tin foil round cake pans and discovered they are 8 1/2" rounds. Will they work or do I need to get 8" pans?

They may take just a little less time to bake because the batter was spread out a bit more.Comment

These are something new from Duncan Hines. They are red velvet cakes that are red and green for Christmas layers and gold and ? for autumn. I can go to he Duncan Hines website and get a recipe for cupcakes instead of the layer cakes. I am not sure what I will do yet."God loves us so much, He gave us friends!"
