Guess the Chinese New Year got me on a Chinese kick. Wed, Kait was here and we has Beef and Peppers, Thursday I made Almond Cookies, and yesterday it was Egg Foo Yung. I know the egg foo yung isn't the most popular anymore but I like the way I make it. I may make hot and sour soup as I think I have all the ingredients.Comment
