Those saltine (?) chicken fingers

I can't remember who,posted the recipe....
And, of course, when I want them, I can't find the recipe I remember from some time back.
Does this recipe sound familiar and where can I find it?

I make mine using half all-purpose flour and half cracker meal - which is essentially ground up saltine crackers.
