Dear Hubbie went for a morning walk and guess what he found? The vinyl landscaping roll that you edge your plantings with. Yes! Today is the yard waste and debris pick-up day. They charge $20 for a roll of that stuff at Lowe's. It was perfect for one of my front yard gardens. Of course I'd already watered outside and taken a shower, but when he came home and told me about it we hopped in the car and went to rescue it from the trash. It's just what I needed to edge that area and it was definitely worth getting hot and sweaty about to install it.
It was on top of the sticks and twigs therefore it was clean. The funny part of this story is that just last Tuesday we were at Lowe's thinking about buying some of that for my garden. Thank the good Lord I didn't buy it. $20 saved. Cha ching!
