    Cleaning frenzy.

    I'm in cleaning mode, why I don't know as it is Fall not Spring!

    How to get rid of men who get underfoot?

    Send Mantoy to the gun shop and tell the boy that he can stay home and clean or go with Dad...put on Les Miserables at the volume of a jet engine...watch men exit stage left!!

    Now I can cuss all I want about how messy people are without them feeling bad.

    You should be careful Cyn -you sent them off to a gun shop --no telling what may happen when they come home. May have taken offence at being shoed out.

    Have fun cleaning but take it easy too --dust etc will wait you know.

      The gun shop is safe, he's saving up for a gun and he just likes to drool over it. In fact we had the gun shop manager and his family over for dinner tonight.

      And I REALLY enjoyed Les Miserables, it wasn't quite over when they got home so they had to endure the last 15 minutes!!

      Then Mantoy found a DVD of Cat Stevens and put that on while I cooked...beats listening to the heavy metal which is the music of choice here.

      Must keep cleaning, we have a "bit of a do" here on the 18th so I want to get things tidy.

        Had to laugh at men getting underfoot. Don't they though? Glad you were able to send them off so you could get things done.

          Thats the only way you can clean,,,,get them men out of the house.....DAvid always sets and keeps asking "What are you doing that for?"...aggg

          when you are done...send those energy pills over to me please?.
          Take it one Day , one step, at a time.. cause that's all we really have.

            Depends how deep I want to clean the place. E does the scrubbing for me, & heavy stuff. Otherwise I prefer to clean by myself. I have lost a lot of my strength over the past several years, ergo some of my independence.

              Well in the kitchen I stopped short of emptying out the cupboards and wiping out the shelves...or moving the fridge, needed the men for that one!

              Spent most of today sleeping on the couch, hard to say if it was the cleaning or the 2am bedtime that caused that?
