Winter Gardening

Currently in my garden: Kale, Collards, Tomatoes, Cilantro and Potatoes. We had a drought this summer and I had to wait until August to sow seed. The Collard greens are up to my knees and they are just beautiful. I planted the Red Potatoes and they are looking great. I must have 4 different kinds of tomatoes and they have tiny tomatoes on them. I'm very pleased with this garden and I've already had some of the Kale. Delish!

Jostoy they are my absolute favorite greens. I'm planning on having them for Christmas dinner. DH likes them too. I will also serve some for the New Year dinner. Lots of money right? LOL! As if. We can dream.
