Got all my appt/errands done before noon, and I am just dripping sweat.

I pulled into our driveway, and our newest neighbor was diddling with one of his vehicles. Soon as he saw me drive in, he disappeared onto his garage. I think it's funny, even if he does look like a beer-drinking, brawl-happy biker bully. I see different women there ...so far a black lady and her baby, a Caucasian who has gone from blonde to brunette and is pg, and now a heavy smoking Hispanic woman. He seems to have more than just the one place to keep them, and only the car is for their use, but it stays with the woman currently there with him. He has a truck and a motorcycle.
I think Mormons dress nicer that these people do, so can't be Mormon.
I told Ellis that next time he is working on his vehicles and playing his loud awful music, we should take our drinks outside and sit ... And watch him disappear into his garage or house. . OK, I'm bad. But that is a weird situation there.

Well, time for my meds. Then figure out supper.

Wouldn't be Morman's as they don't drink or smoke, or at least they aren't supposed to, they are not even allowed caffene. Seems he doesn't want to be seen well enough to be reconized, if there wasn't a baby would make you think maybe he was running a house of ill repute.

That's a thought. If so, they would work out of another place as there isn't much traffic here. The baby ... accidents happen.

I don't know a whole lot about prostitutes, but the women don't seem dressed for it. Looks like thrift shop clothing, nothing appealing. (The prostitute I saw at the lab/clinic had a fresh tight outfit, heels, no undies ... her butt showed from under her mini skirt. I don't go to that lab any more.)

But it sure looks like they are in hiding and don't want to be seen.

Jo, the reason I said about the baby is that if she is leaving the house with it I would hope she wasn't going on a "service" call From what I've read and what I've seen on TV alot of them now have a central call place amd semd the girls to hotels, ect to meet the men. Oh and around here the ones that walk the street are kind of skrungy and dress "normal" because if they dress the part they are spotted by the police. I had always thought too that they needed a good body and a certian way of dress but we have all sizes and shapes walking these streets, heck I'm no prize and I can't even walk to the gas station without someone trying to pick me up. told Kenny I wanted a shirt that says "I'M NOT A HOOKER LEAVE ME ALONE"

Hard to say where the baby goes... Or where these women go.

Hey, they had company the other day. An Hispanic man had a child in a stroller, pushing it up and down the curb. E took a glow-necklace out to giv to the child, for it's amusement. (We have leftover ones from Halloween.). E was explaining it to the guy, who kept nodding his head but I am not sure he understood. As soon as E was back in the house, I saw that the guy & stroller was disappearing into the garage as the door was coming down. Curious, eh?

I think that tee shirt would be funny, but would attract a lot more unwanted attention.

Maybe he is in the witness protection program and doesn't want to be recognizes; with maybe a little drug business on the side. I got a great imagination.

I am not really a nosey person, but the obvious unusual behavior has stirred my curiosity. Ellis hates it when I speculate about people, because I, too, have quite an imagination.
One of these days the answer will come out.

Did I mention that they never speak to any of the neighbors? Nary a one.

Oh I can match that imagination, of course I read alot of true crime books and sometimes fact is alot stranger than fiction. Perfect Victim the guy kept a girl locked in a box under his bed for years, he did however after a certian amount of years let her out to take the kids (his and his wife's) to the park and to even get a job when the wife couldn't work. Told her he belonged to a secret club and people were watching her all the time.

All I can say is it seems they might be raising the next generation of whatever they are doing.

Jo, years ago we had a neighbor that was weird. This was during my first marriage and my husband swore they were selling drugs. Sure thing, after several months, the day came when several police cars pulled up... they gave the woman a paper (probably search warrant) when she came to the door. They searched outside, too. In the end the man left in hand cuffs. Cops were carrying big bags of powder and some of pot. He never came back and eventually the woman and kids moved.

Usually the way to spot a drug house is the traffic. Cars comming and going all hours of the day and night. They seem to have LOTS of company that don't stay long.
