How to I make a COMMENT to someone's post?

If you look on the bottom right of someones post, there should be a box that says comment. Now that doesn't show on the first person's though.

Donna, I have looked at every post for days and I cannot find the word comment any where.

And I still can't.

It is in the Chose an Action box ... .Most of the time, but I discovered that not all action boxes have a comment option. This one did.

I do not have the comment option, either. I don't have the Choose an Action box either.

Elaine and Jo... I don't think the Moderators have that Box, I don't either.. because we can edit ..

I have one, but sometimes the option to comment isn't there. The choose an action box on the Nalani's post this morning only gives me flag as an option. Most of the time there are four options. Not always.
