Morning all

Up and at 'em and getting ready to go to our class at 8am. We aren't sure we will get a lunch break, so we will be eating breakfast before we go.

Chris's interview went well yesterday - no decision will be made until around March 1st. PRAY! This would be the ego boost he really needs!

Off to the shower. Y'all have a good 'un!

Good morning.
It's one of those mornings that I'm up way too early. But I'll go back to bed in a bit to see if I can sleep just a bit more.

We have no real plans for today. I was fairly productive yesterday, loading the dishwasher and doing 3 loads of laundry.

The nicest thing happened yesterday, a special note from a new, young Pharmacy Doctor, who follows my charts, noticed that I've been in a Limbo of sorts, things not being explained by other doctors. She gave me the answers that gave me a better perspective of what's going on. That really eased my mind!

Also, E thought I'd do better sticking mostly to my liquid diet, to ease my current digestive problems. He noticed that I'd been having problems with ingesting solid foods. He's hovering you know, trying to make everything easier for me. He backs off when I say I really need to move around and do stuff, but he still watches from a convenient distance to make sure I don't overdo it. I don't......I know when to stop.


Pat, my thoughts are with you both. I do hope Chris gets selected.

Crazy weather here. It hit 80 yesterday. Last year at this time, snow was on the ground.

Things are going OK here. Nothing much to report.

Good Morning ... got some real sleep last night .. had stopped listening for David movements in the night ... the Cardiologist visit made me confident all will be well...

Son Mark is out washing our salt covered car #1 and when he gets back he will take car #2 and do the same thing ... and then do any of the little other jobs... David went for the mail and newspaper yesterday... walk was melted clear. and the walk from now on will be good... his legs get weak fast....so loading him up with iron. and vitiamins and pills,pills pills..

what to do with today?... puzzle puzzle.. or read read..

Pat.. sure hope this is THE JOB for Chris... a man's gotta be happy with his job..

Good SUNNY Morning! It must be warm out because most of the snow is melted...nice!

Yesterday was good. Didn't accomplish a lot once I got home from grocery shopping, but that was OK. Did cook dinner, but announced that I wasn't cooking this weekend. We've got lots of leftovers & they are going to be eaten first. I made fried rice and it included snow peas...oh they tasted so good.

Not sure what today will bring. No plans, but that can always change. I TRIED to sleep in but a lil man was up before 7am....grrrrrrr!!!! I did manage to drift in & out of sleep for another hour. Stripped the bed and all 8....yes EIGHT...pillows. Does everyone else use tons of extra pillows? I like two but Corky uses them all around his head & body so he doesn't roll over and sleep on his side. With the warm temps, I'm tempted to put the sheets outside to dry...mmmmm....they'll smell wonderful!

Pat....hope all goes well for the two of you. Believe me, I know if a man is happy with his job, everyone is happier. Corky is NOT happy right now with any of his job(s). He REALLY needs to get back into the golf industry.

Another sunny morning...no kids so may hit the mall. I want a 7ft runner for in front of the sink and dishwasher. and cannot find one around here. Yesterdays leftover day went over great! Andrew had a hard time making a choice until I told him everything was up for grabs...you can have a little of everything! His dad did!! So now the fridge is empty and that means a grocery trip. I hate grocery shopping. It was beautiful yesterday but to darn windy to even be out. Going to be a do whatever I want day with a hockey game on tv this evening. Talked with my sister yesterday and she is finally getting over her month long cold. Getting to be time for a Spring shopping trip. Since we did not go to KC for our Christmas shopping maybe we will sneak it in for Spring? A thought we have been mulling... Good luck to Pat and Chris on their class today and extra luck to Chris for his job interview. Glad everyone is catching up on their sleep and finally feeling better. To have a man hover is not a bad thing Jo...they do not always show how much they care. Happy Saturday to all...I love this sun but we sure did not reach 80 yesterday like Texas. But I am ready!

Good morning...I feel a nap coming...I have the bird here...he is upstairs...I went up and visited him and turned on some music for him...tried to watch tv....but Max had other ideas...He was throwing a fit wanting out to play....I told him its not happening and turned his music on and came back down stairs...

Will just relax this morning...possible yard work this afternoon or reading a good book.

Beth, I'm just curious. What kind of bird are you taking care of?
Probably not a canary, because I've never known one who played.
Must be a parakeets? They love playing.
Or is it a larger bird? I've always been wary of the larger birds.

Other than going to the pharmacy for medicine, I am not gong out today. But, hopefully, I won't be sleep g the day away, either.
Pat, I hope you two enjoy the class. And will keep my fingers crossed for Chris and the job!
Jo, that was really good of that doctor to respond.
Today is my son's last day in the country until they move back. He made the announcement and I shared it on my page. So many of their Japanese friends are in shock that they are leaving. They have lived and worked there for 14 years...Intel, IBM and his present company, Ciena.
Sunny here but no yard work today for me.
