Paula the realtor was just here and knows I have met my limit. He has a painter he is going to try to get. Evidently the painting is coming from the appraiser. I thought the appraiser measured and took pictures. Silly me! I always liked my little house but know wonder how I lived in this ghetto property the last 8 years...and if so much is wrong why do these people want it?

If they are getting a government type loan, they really have no say in what HAS to get fixed...the government does. I was SO GLAD when the buyers were getting conventional loans. Maxie...did they also ask for a percentage back at closing? And the moon & stars too? NOBODY ever helped Cork & me with our down payments or loans. It just amazes me what all they want now. I say grow up & step up. Be a grown up and act like it.
