Paula, I've thought of that many iMessage, but when a doctor leaves, the hospital protects that information.

I will see how this appointment goes....of course, I will be checked out by the head nurse in that clinic.
I do plan to go to the other clinic down the hall (my former doctor's office), get the number of their head nurse who should know EXACTLY who I am (better working methods), find out who the replacement doctor there is, and have a discussion with that nurse.
Next week I actually see this new doc of mine, have a good talk with him (E will be there), and see what hope I have there.

One thing, it's not easy finding the "right" new doctor. Somehow I dont think he's going to be easy to see anything but his own opinion. (Especially the foreign staff who have their pride....and he's from India.) I wish their medical certificates should show their standing in their graduating classes! The school may be good, but is the doctor who graduates at the bottom of his class? I want to be sure of the doctor I finally choose.

Paula, I just came across my former doctor on YouTube! She was talking about new advances in Breast Cancer.
She doesn't just treat the basic illness, but is also concerned with the medications and their side effects, and not least of all is the pain, which she does her best to eliminate it (or at very least, minimizes it). Not all doctors will do so much.
Now I know exactly where she works!

We have never used social media. E was not allowed to due to his company security program, so I didn't either or they'd check everything's I sent, too. So we still don't use it....I suppose my security clearance doesn't matter as much, but I think he hasn't been gone so long, so they'd still be spot checking....and our computers are linked.
But I do know, now, which ones my former doc can be found on...both are high risk sites, though. Just in case I really need to contact her.
