Not much going on. Dinner for tonight's already been done. Slow cooked bolognese sauce, did that yesterday.

        Good Morning, Everyone.

Lisa, wonderful, wonderful. You and your photo. Know you are wishing your Mum lived nearer. Bolognese sauce~ *sigh.* Can I come over?

Janet, iphone games? Oh no! You've been bit!

beth, wondering about karlinann, as well. Perhaps she is working early morning.

As for me, church, then home. Still raining. Made hot chicken salad for church and a pan of brownies. I may just eat the brownies.

Went to a BD party for a 2-year old yesterday. She wasn't much fun, but one of her guests, who was 4 was the life of the party! She kept everything organized. cleaned up the mess, and ordered her 2-year old sister around. She made the party. Her name is Scarlet, and she is full of fire!

Well, have a good day, Everyone. Barb, thinking of you this morning.

Morning all Slept in until 7am. Yay!

Made a chocolate pecan pie for Pi Day yesterday - we never even cut it, so will have it today. Went to Chris's niece's birthday celebration last night and didn't get home until almost 11.

Today will be housecleaning and going to Kohl's to exchange some pants I bought for Chris for work. Ordered them online and when the package came it was totally wrong - it contained a pair of Adidas shorts - not even close

I've been wondering about Karlin too. Hope her job is going well.

Barb - still thinking of you all and holding you in my heart.

The only person you should try to be better than is the person you were yesterday.

Good Morning! Yesterday was beautiful, but this morning it's very cloudy.

Yesterday was semi-productive. Got my baking done & picked up. Got the laundry all done & put away. Kathy didn't arrive at 10:30am as planned (LOL!!!!) , so Blaise ended up going out for Chinese with us and then we dropped him off on our way home. I TRIED to learn Zoo Tycoon, but my brain just couldn't comprehend all the instructions. Had a nice relaxing evening. Our last one with our Becca Boo.

This morning is church. Becca is leaving about the same time we are, but she's heading back to school. She's opening their dorm...RA duties. We'll come home & put the finishing touches on the house before it's shown at 2pm. Not sure what the rest of the day will hold. Maybe nothing.

            (((Barb)))

            Have a good one all!

And I went to a birthday party yesterday for a one year old. She was a hoot and had her own little cake which she dove into with both hands and ate every bite..well maybe some it didn't make it into her stomach but some hit her feet. Today I am making a 3 hour drive to pick up a pergo color that Jon has been using in his house. One room to go and he buys it one room at a time and they discontinue his color! We will be 45 minutes from Scott so he is driving up and meeting us for lunch. Andrew got his shoes yesterday....red nikes on sale so both kid and grandma were happy. I still have not found curtains for his room and when he showed it to me yesterday with the flooring down he was so proud. I picked up two comforter sets for him to pick from and then I guess I may have to dig out the sewing machine and make a pair. My sister acts like this is easy peasy but she forgets my machine doesn't sew a straight line. Had a wonderful afternoon visiting with family yesterday and know I will enjoy lunch with both boys this afternoon. Slept good last night. I think I really needed a jolt of my family...we laugh and joke and do not hold back on opinions. Going to be a beautiful 70* afternoon. Barb, thinking of you today. Now to make sure I have spelled everything correctly ....you people are to sharp in the morning.

                Good morning all!

Yes where is Karlinann? Hope she is ok.

Maxie, what do you mean your machine doesn't sew a straight line ?

Nice picture of ancient Athens, Lisa!

Yesterday got my shredding done and in the late evening Bim and I went to Pizza Hut for an early dinner. I got the personal pan pizza which I love. It was so good. Today I must get my tax papers re organized as I go to the CPA tomorrow. I had them organized but got them messed up again. Plus I need to get everything set in my mind.

                Have a good day all!

Maxie, I don't know about being "sharp" in the early morning, but I do know that everyone needs a "belly laugh" to start their day. I hope you don't think that we were making fun of you, but that we enjoyed the laugh that you gave us to start our day.
Life is to be enjoyed, not just endured.

Good morning. I slept in this morning. The sunrise is just starting. I love sunrise!
Yesterday wasn't eventful. Did some laundry. Made mini chicken shepherd pies in my muffin tin. (What a nice way to use up leftovers. Have mini pies for 3 more meals.
I guess the neighbor's cat is gone for good. Haven't seen him around for a good week. This morning there is a beautiful cozy cat bed at the curb, for anyone to take.

Welcome to the club, Maye. I have. A set of daily puzzles (crypto, word search, sudoku, and drop down), as well as a daily jigsaw puzzle (you select your level of difficulty). I also have my Kindle App on the iPad. I have a regular iPad, and a small iPad to take with me which fits into my purse. I select free games and puzzles, though I may buy a set of puzzles now and then, but I also win a set of puzzles sometimes.i also have a site for free/cheap books (pixel of ink). When you download their books, they try to send you books in your genre of reading. 😄

Lisa, I love the pic. E would SO like to visit Greece, the land of the original great thinkers. He is planning on a trip probably for next year to parts of Europe. I'd like to see Poland, where my family stock comes from.

Well, I've got my Sunday paper. Just need my cuppa tea now.
Have a great day, whatever you're doing.

I am late this morning and sitting in church waiting to start!
I have been concerned with Karlinann's absence, too.
Beautiful weather here. I have caught the daycare cold, though, so I am not overdoing and hope to get it under control.
The picture of Greece is lovely. My son Spencer and his wife have travelled there and loved it. People kept asking him if he was Greek and told him he must have some in his lineage. He loved it!
I better stop. Time to start the music.
                      Enjoy your day!
