Sorry, I tried to correct an error, but lost my post! I'm having a real problem with the edit feature here. ❓

My post said "Good Morning", and I wondered where everybody was. That was so unusual.

Bim and I got the painting to UPS and they are packaging it up and sending it. More cheaply then I expected. They did not weigh it but went by height, length and depth. And it was heavy too what with the glass and frame.

Not sure what else I shall be doing today but will check again to see why no one is here yet or did they vanish into thin air.

Good morning ,, had a tiny sleep in..only because the clocks went ahead... Mark was here visiting , I think the guys talking woke me..

and then its just been coffee time. and play time with K.D. ... the Dog went home yesterday... It took hours for Kat to make up her mind that she was really gone.... so today she is wanting touched, played with and noticed...

Glad you got that one big job done Nalani... peace of mind.

Have not heard from Granddau Shawna... my beautician.. we set up to give me a perm today...but did this about 2 wks ago... so I wonder if she will remember......not going to call her... they have had frozen water pipe problems .. car problems.. this past week and she might just need a day to rest..

if she doesn't show up ,I will keep on reading on the stack of books I have here. .

I went to sleep very early last night and that ended up being a nap. Didn't get back to sleep until the wee hours and then slept in this morning. We have had a massive melt off. Soon all that will be left are the piles! Oh my, were the stores full yesterday. Some were directing check out lines like it was Christmas! Guess people were just ready to be out in the warmth and shop for Spring. They were buying like it was Christmas too! We had a nice lunch but she did not try on a prom dress. I am not a fan of the one she had bought..I loved the first one, but she has found 'the one' on line that she loves. It is much more expensive but mother agreed to order it and her cousin will do any alterations. Nothing planned for today but laundry. Blues won last night, spring training game on the radio this afternoon, snow is melting and the sun is shining. All appears to be just fine in my corner of the world..

good morning. After all my griping about the time change I got up to the alarm and it has gone easily...even after getting home around 8:30 last night from a full day in Sacramento.
And the sky was light before I knew it, so I am off to church.
I have to plan the activities and lessons for the coming week when I get home. Just taking it easy to get the most out of my weekend!
High temps today but then things will get back to normal.

Good morning, all. Still spring here and looks to stay.

Feeling lazy this morning. Only have two clocks to change. One on the kitchen stove and the one on my night table. Need to get battery for the bedside one so will have to continue to say 9:15. I get up when I wake up and go to bed when I'm sleepy so it doesn't make much difference.

Going to get some breakfast. Yesterday I baked a small can of cinnamon rolls. Yuck! they were dry and not very tasty. I should know better.

Yep - I actually slept until 9:30! Eek! But it sure felt good.

Aunt Maye - it is absolutely beautiful here. In the low 70's during the day and sunny. Wish you were here - we would take our coffee out onto the back deck and have a nice long conversation and solve the world's problems.

Yesterday was great - worked in the morning and got most of my statements done. Took Erin shopping for new bras and out to lunch afterward. We had a good time kidding around together. Chris took me out to dinner last night and we got to hear my friends play - they are soooo great.

Today - think I'll bake. And cook. And just be at home.

Hey all! I started the morning post around 8am, but then something happen & it went poof, so I didn't try again. It's sunny and nice again today...LOVE IT!!!

Yesterday went well. Served the soup, sandwiches, & pie at the church with Becca's help. Puttered around cleaning up once we got home.

This morning I woke up early, and got to chat with Corky before he left for Dayton. After church we dropped Blaise off at Kathy's for the afternoon. I think we'll have a relaxing day. Going to make chicken squares for dinner since it's one of Becca's favorites. Might do some laundry while working on the puzzle.
