DH and I went to Piesano's last week and overheard the hostess's talking about Potato Candy. Oh, that took me way back to elementary school when one of the girls brought some to school and gave me a piece. Man was that good. I didn't have any again until I worked for a doctors office and one of the gals brought some to our Christmas party. That stuff is so simple and so easy to make. I tried to make some back in early 2001, but it was awful. I'm going to try it again and I found an easy recipe on allrecipes.com. Check it out. DH has never had it. It's an old-fashioned Irish candy.
