What could be better on a cold day? Slice 2 big onions into rings and place in skillet with 2 heaping TBSP of olive oil. Sautee on medium high heat until the onions are caramelized. If your skillet is large enough add 2 cups of beef broth, crushed clove of garlic, salt, pepper and a good dash of Worcestershire sauce. This has a lot of sodium so go carefully here. Continue to cook until all ingredients are melded. Now you are ready to ladle into your fav soup mugs and top with a chunk of cheddar and a thick crusty French bread slice. Yum! I promise there will be rave reviews.
