This amazingly easy and delicious pot roast recipe was posted on Facebook but my favorite radio station.
3 to 4 lb Chuck roast
1 envelope onion soup mix (I used Lipton beefy onion)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Read all sides of the meat with a dry soup mix. Place the meat in the Crock-Pot. (I use liners.) Spoon and spread mushroom soup over the meat. Cover. Cook for 6 to 7 hours on low. I served it with rice, but next time I will use wide egg noodles. It was delicious and I do not like mushrooms.
