    I have found a really good way or maybe ways to do these and make them into a 1
    dish meal.
    I simmer a chicken thigh with a clove of garlic and a couple of slices of ginger root. When the thigh is done I take it out and cool it enough to handle and shred it. Tonight I'm adding carrots, bok choy, green peas, and green onions. I use only part of the seasoning packet because it is so salty. It's really quite tasty.
    If I had celery, I would add that too.
