Homemade Foam Soap Recipe
I just put a couple (2-3) tablespoons of soap in the bottom, add water leaving enough room for the pump mechanism, and shake/rock gently to mix. It's pretty imprecise. Be sure to let the water flow in along the side of the container -- if you pour the water directly on the soap it will suds up and make things difficult/messy.
Optionally, add a tiny amount (1/2 tsp) of olive oil to the mix to help the pump last longer, and a few (5-10) drops of any desired essential oils for scent, if your soap is unscented.
