Anyone who wishes to post a recipe in the Archives is free to do so, although Pat has been our most devoted archiver. You must be a registered user of The Secret Room, however.

In addition, Erin Fitzpatrick's recipes are posted under MsFitz's Recipe Box. If you did not know Erin, she was such a dominant force on the RT, particularly in the Kitchen, that we have tried to keep the treasures she left us with.

I might make mention of the fact that Noggie, who set up this Archive for us, is no longer posting in either place.

I was looking for the recipe for chocolate peppermint cake. It was made with crème de menthe and whipped cream (I think). my recipes are all gone and I haven't made it in years, but ot used to be a yearly treat. I couldn't find the recipe. (

The annex search engine not working, while I didn't find that cake under your name, I found this topic with several variations of creme de menth cakes.

THANK YOU!!! I think I died and went to Heaven! There are so many good cake recipes here. The 1st is the one I think I made! I like the bundt cake and will probably try it this year. hanks again! Great to see you posting.
