    I know that fruit is at a premium in most states now, but this will be a good recipe for anyone who is needing soft food due to a sore mouth. Bananas are always a good buy!

    You will need a cup of chopped fruit such as bananas, mango, peaches, or strawberries, raspberries, blueberries. Blend the fruit on low pulse while adding 1 and 1/2 C. 2% milk, a tsp honey or 1/2 C. of Honey Yogurt, some Wheat Germ if you have it, (dash) and blend it good. You should be able to sip through a straw or eat with a small spoon, but you can add more milk to make it as thin as you need. Some people like to throw in a few ice cubes, but it's too cold for that right now.
