    REC: Buttermilk Chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter Icing

    Lord have mercy. This is the best cake I have made in... well... forever. The cake is moist and the pb icing just sets it off.

    We ate half of it last night at home and I brought the other half to work today. Susan and I are having it for breakfast!

    And I have some buttermilk in the frig. This might actually be the quart that gets used up!
