    Apple Struesel Pizza

1 Package puff pastry sheets (thawed)
3 Large Granny Smith apples (peeled, cored, and thinly sliced)
    3/4 cups organic brown sugar
    1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
    3/4 teaspoons fresh ground nutmeg
    3/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1/3 cup unsalted butter (softened)
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    1 Tablespoon milk

    DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Carefully unroll the puff pastry sheets and place them on the parchment paper. I had one "section" left over. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and butter with a fork until it forms a crumbly mixture. Set aside.
    Peel, core,and slice the apples.
Place the apples in rows on the puff pastry sheets.
Sprinkle crumb topping over the apples. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
Mix the glaze ingredients together to desired consistency. Drizzle over the pizza.
    Serve.
