Porcupine Meatballs

Chris requested Porcupine meatballs for dinner last night, as I was wondering out loud what to make with a pound of hamburger meat. So I googled this recipe and it was actually quite tasty! This will go in our monthly rotation for easy suppers for sure!

Thanks! The ones I make are with rice A Roni and I will be trying this next time. The kids like them (for the name as much as for the actual food, I think!)
