Today I harvested the biggest collards from the garden. My garden looks kind of bare now. Wow! Those collards were huge and I had such a hard time getting them started from seed. Well, now I have them cooked down and put in the freezer and after Christmas dinner I will put them in the crockpot with the ham bone. We will have more from the garden, but they were getting really big and I wanted to get them cooked up. Some of the leaves were as big as a platter.
